How does one control the level of the offer to resign...backgammon, gammon, etc? :

The resign command on 3DFibs automatically selects the appropriate type of resign for the current situation of the match.
i.e., if you have a checker on the bar, it will offer resign backgammon.

If you want to offer a different type of resign, you can send the command manually:
* switch to the command window
* type "resign n" (normal) or "resign g" (gammon) or "resign b" (backgammon)
* press enter/return, or click "send"
