FIBS Board backgammon forum

I run 3DFibs on Win98SE. When I close the app I get the warning that
SetLayeredWindowAttributes was not found in user32.

msdn tells me that this a Win2000-and-up function.

Why is 3DFibs calling this function?
Which Windows/Dialogs from 3DFibs use transparency?
