Hey, looks good!

What are your thoughts on implementing the player profile protocol? I didn't see it on your todo list.

What are your thoughts on an open source license?

This site is down a lot. Sad
Maybe you should think of a different hosting company.
Contact me if you are interested in that.

Hi burper!
I will put the player profile protocol on the TODO list.
Open Source? I will think about it. C4FIBS is implemented in Delphi and so it could be ported to Linux using Kylix. You do not need a commercial Kylix license for OpenSource.

Hi webrunner!
You are right the site is down sometimes but it is for free Smiley
A forum for C4FIBS would be great. Thanks!

open source != linux.
There is plenty of good open source software that is platform specific.
If you license your software with an appropriate open source license, you can host the development on sourceforge.net, which gives you web space and plenty of other stuff, all free. Check it out.
There are 1459 delphi/kylix projects there so far:

Hi:

Trying it, liking it so far.

Two issues:  1)  Yesterday, they was no shout function.  Odd, it had been there before.  Is there an option that I may have turned off accidentally?

  2)  Is a parmanent gag contemplated?  It's a drag to have to manually gag abusers.

Thanks so much for this app!   Cheesy

Hi Deuce!

I removed the shouts from the chat window, because this function suits better to the terminal. Unfortunatelly I forgot to add this feature in the current version but it is already implemented and so available in the next release.

Special automatic actions on users marked as abuser (e.g. gag, blind at startup) or as friend are also planed in the next release. The marks are already saved.
