Bringing a match saved on my hard drive back into FIBS

I have a match saved on my hard drive in a format that Extreme Gammon cannot read.  Can I bring this file back into FIBS so I can convert it into a format that XG can import?

your FIBS matches are on the Fibs server so you save them from there eg via javafibs then import them to your xg or gnu
