hi im new to tourneys and joined fibs o nacci - i then enrolled on a few tourneys but cant work out how to get a game with the person i should be playing
does anyone have experience with this site or any other- are you mean to just catch them online or do you email and arrange a game?

FIBS-O-NACCI stopped on 1 December 2013. I would point you to FIBSLeague for playing tourneys, but that one is out of order for the moment as well. Hopefully it will be back up some time in the future, read the posts on this board about it. Meanwhile there is still TourneyBot with all sorts of daily and weekly tourneys.
