Could the fibster who inflicts Jokebot on us be kind enough to remove it? Its moronic "jokes" with their constant sexist and racist themes are a pain in the bum. Incidentally, who stuck the thing on there in the first place?

You could have RTFM of course  - check out this thread, on which you commented, funnily enough.  

If you find it offensive and racist don, just use the gag command.

I gagged Jokebot on my Javafibs but can't on my 3DFibs.  I just try not to notice Jokebot when I'm using my 3DFibs.

Thanks Diane, I read the rest of the thread that you mentioned. In it, vegasvic (!!) makes an excellent point, which is that a fibster shouting a poor joke is at least a fibster using shouts to communicate something, whereas jokebot is just a program running, selecting one from a never-ending list of very poor and often offensive gags. Interestingly, also in that thread, souptree quoted one of the jokes but couldn't get it past the moderator! I believe this makes my point rather well. We have enough crap on fibs without adding an automated sewage pipe to the general flow.
