Inspired by recurrent discussions in FIBS shout on issues concerning science and consciousness, stog asked me if I could imagine moderating an according group on fibsboard. I said I would like to give it a try, and so here it is.

The group's title is intentionally broad, so let's try and have some fun with this. I'm looking forward to hearing opinions spanning the range from radical theism to materialists denying the existence of mental phenomena.

I can only accept what I feel through my own "sensors"  Yes That make me my own God.
When I see/hear/touch/smell/taste something, I can come up with an educated? opinion about that "something", otherwise it simply doesn't exist for me.
Pretty dull, huh? Speculating and building interesting theories based on "nothing" (for me) is not among my hobbies.  Wink
Feeling emotions , feeling and "reading" how or what the people I meet want me to be is another story. It's maybe because I just cannot hide my own feelings and I am open to receive all what is thrown at me.
Nice thread, I wonder for how long it will live.
