Hello,I am new to this addictive game so please bear with my Fish question.
If i have checkers on my 6 point and roll a 5 with no checkers on my 5 point
and my opponent has checkers on my 1 point blocking the movement of the checkers on the 6 point can i legally bear off checkers on others points since i cannot move the ones on the 6 point or is the 5 just lost till the 1 point becomes clear or i can advance them using smaller rolls or a 6?

I know I am a confusin cuss  :wacko:I am sorry bout that but any help would be great
Thanks in advance.
