The herd must have seen that I'm not going to give up that anchor lightly - with a blot in my home board and others strewn around, it's a vital defence. So, thanks but no thanks... with the Herd keeping their anchor back, it makes sense to put up a good solid four-prime blocking all the big escaping numbers. 13/7 8/7 also duplicates the Herd's aces - to cover, to hit me, to shuffle their anchor forward.
