I'm inclined to minimize shots here. Than means 19/15, which leaves only 11 shots. 19/18, 10/7 leaves 15 shots without any apparent advantage. The other move I'd consider id hitting loose with 7/3* - but this leaves 17 shots and some of them are double shots. Maybe if gammons counted I'd be tempted, but not at this score.
The one thing that bothers me about leaving a minimum of shots is that we're still way behind in the pipcount, but I think we're better off passing the checker on the 15 than trying to stay back and hit it.
