Faster Fibsboard

hi

i've just exported our Fibsboard database and imported it to a new server, which seems to be much faster!

please keep an eye out for any problems..or potential problems..

we are now getting 6 or 7 second Front page load times (our slowest loading most info page) as opposed to 16 secs which had developed over the past month or so..

all ok until this afternoon when we had a short blackout


Total Time on Error: 1 hour, 21 minutes, 5 seconds

grr

fixed eventually

and all seems ok now

will keep an eye on it

seems much better --> logged 4 secs for front page loading today

unfortunately it appears the new database server was down last night--seems ok this morning (front page load time 4.3 secs), but i have just finished a new database backup just in case, (approx 200mb) and am in the process of a full fresh directory backup -- (over 2 GB)

another similiar 'offline' and i have repeated the fix

let me know of any problems

(we're now clocking 4.5 secs load time for a busy front page which is v good)
