Runtime error 401

When I play offline with 3DFIBS it takes the gnubg forever to move and I have even moved the slider to fast play. When I get online to play a 401 error comes up that says: Runtime Error 401 cant show non-modal form when modal form is displayed. I am using the boards that came with fibs and running on WinXP.
