The most useless spare is the one on your anchor.  Moving it out seems the best of a mediocre lot.  There's no point in creeping any closer with the blot on the 10 point - best to stay 5 points away for maximum guarding, plus there are twice as many fly shots if we move it to the nine.  Safteying  it seems weak - we want to make the 5 point, not the one. Slotting the 5 with no builders seems silly.  21/15 for me.
