I think anchoring here makes a lot of sense - there are just too many POH rolls if we leave blots on the 23 and 21.  The question then arises whether we want the two point anchor or the four point anchor. Not sure if this is right, but with the race roughly even anchoring on the four gives us good chances to win going forward while anchoring on the two more or less commits us to a passive defensive game.  So I say anchor on the four.  Yes, this gives him a chance to dump checkers behind our anchor and it gives less contact, but I think the winning-forward chances more than compensate.
