Spoiler

It's time to get our runner out of there.

20/16 6/1* has the advantage of taking away half a roll, but it gives him a second direct shot.  With him holding the 5-point, a blitz is futile.

20/16 8/5 looks good - it unstacks the midpoint and appears to leave marginally fewer shots* than 20/11.  However, I'm going to go with the aphorism: put your blots in front of stripped points instead of points with spares.  He'd love to hit from the midpoint, but hitting from the golden point means he'll have to abandon it, and he might not even hit with rolls like 6-3 where he can't cover his homeboard blot.  Assuming he eschews the awkward hits, it leaves only 6-6 6-2 and 6-4 to hit.  And if he does hit with the other hitting numbers his position is a dog's breakfast.

20/11

* I just recounted, and I come up with one more shot at the 16.  But I suck at shot counting.
