We don't lead in the race - so what's our benefit of reducing contact by 21/13 now? On the other hand, the 9pt will never be part of a 6-prime starting at our 3pt, so I vote for staying a little longer while White's position is stripped and suffers from the ace pt blot.and first improving our board by 9/7 9/3
