Any new tournament owner who wants access for his new type of tourney, or any old tournament owner who wants to reopen his dead tourney, or any current tourney owner who wants to give access to a specific trusted TD, should reply here.
Just for avoid misunderstanding; Iââ,¬â,,¢ll insert the data for RCT. That's why we didn't give access to anyone for the 3 groups.
