Hitting the blot in his inner board is obvious.  So is making the 4 point.

For the fourth three, we can either make an anchor or bring one down from the midpoint.  My initial impulse was to make the anchor, but upon reflection I think that this is the time to play offense and rush as many checkers into the zone as quickly as we can.  24/21* 13/10 7/4(2)
