Never give up on the things that make you smile

Spoiler
First 3 is forced, the next one hits gile's off his 5point, then the 3rd 3 hits giles off our 3point. We're left with 1 more 3 and its best 2 use it to bring a checker down from the midpoint since that is the point that has the most of our checkers piled onto, it also makes it easier to make our 7 and 4 points which are the next 2 points we should  be focused on making. Bar/22, 23/20*, 13/10, 6/3*

The vote is very split here, which is not unusual for doubles like this, where one or two are obvious, then you have some more to play  ;)

Krazula has offered an explanation which is remarkably similar to my thoughts, so, if there are no more thoughts posted, I will go with that choice.
