I was playing diddywhat and i needed a dbl to win and in kibitz i said "pck what do you think 44 or a 55 here ?

And i was banned for this , that in some way i was asking for help coach me to win . i did not know pck had control of fibs dice .

I guess you need to know a little bit about this game to know if there is a need for help on the last roll of a game ... WHAT A JOKE .. if you do not want me in your tourney , dont make up some bullpucky reason , just come out and say VIC i do not want you playing in my tourney as Cig did .

If i wanted to have help it was very easy to go into tell with pck and ask him . what do you think pck  , am i going to roll the  55 or the 44 ) .

Since you all were not there and to see diddywhat rolled a 2/1 to give me that one roll and pck and i both thought ok here is comes and we make a little joke see if we can call the roll .

Nothing explicit that I'm aware of between the players in a match.  Usually banter between the players is acceptable.  Watchers are allowed a greeting and then should whisper.  A player may blind or gag  a watcher at his option by your rule.  In this case we are discussing a player commenting about a possible future roll. 

I really liked the idea you had to only allow whispering by watchers as a built in code by you.  That would eliminate some of the problems we encounter during tournaments.  I think I remember you mentioned doing that somewhere here or in Fibs shouts a while back.

2. Opponents may not use any aids to evaluate moves, including coaching from a watcher directly or indirectly. PIP counts must be enabled.
3. Opponents have the right to play their match with no disruptions. Watchers should use the WHISPER command to comment. Use of KIBITZ or talking directly to the players is discouraged. Harassment or abuse of players or watchers in any form will not be tolerated.

The URL to the rules is given to each player at registration time.

These concepts have been in place for well over a year when socksey and I hammered them out with input from others as well.
It was a great step forward for tourney play to get them written down so concisely.
