CometBG Android interface for FIBS

Does anybody know anything about this. I downloaded it onto my samsung S5 phone but it is really basic and does not seem to have a menu to log into FIBS.  I am wondering if it is my old phone that's the problem or is it really just a pre beta app?   A Google search on CometBG came back blank.
