Hi:

The Cousin John Band, in which I play the bass and sing the Really High Notes is playing a second engagement at the Half Moon BBQ in Silver Spring, MD on April 29!

Downbeat at 9 PM, playing til the wee hours.

$5.00 cover, lots of really good BBQ options.  Sorry, vegetarians, there's not many menu items for you.  (For location, menu, general venue details, see Half Moon BBQ

All DC-MD-VA metro areas FIBSters are encouraged to check us out!

Heck even if you're further away than that, we'd love to see you!

D, who "notes" that this show is going to be recorded for a CD release.  Your cries of joys and raptuous applause will be immortalized, along with our fabulousness.

Why from me, of course, silly.

But the gig isn't until the 29th.

Then a little mixdown, a little judicious editing, a little magic dingus box tweaking, a little printing and packaging....

I'd say at least a month before a salable product will exist.

You can expect an announcement, of course, as soon as it's ready.

I hope we'll include pics from the gig in the packaging: I have acquired a really cool silk chinese-theme smoking jacket that I'm going to wear.  It looks faboo.

Now all I need is the fez, and the look is complete.   B)

Is that due to the unfortunate accident involving the weed wacker?

Hey!

check out http://battle.ernieball.com/battlebak/bb9/...cousinjohnband/

the more hits and plays, the better!

(You have to let the songs play all the way through for the play to "count")

Thanks!
