To retain any white back man that may ever fall under our guns we need assets on our half of the board; let's create such while we can do so with moderate risk.
B/20, 13/8(2), 11/6 builds a 4-Prime which also serves as a builder storage for our board while just risking 4 hits of moderate gammon-potential.
