continued from CocoaFIBS thread:

QuoteThere's already a client called xfibs so I'd avoid that name. It's for a unix system.Ã,

Wow, so there is. I'll add it to the Connecting to FIBS (http://www.fibs.com/connecting.html) in the next update:
http://www.ee.surrey.ac.uk/Societies/backgammon/gui.html (http://www.ee.surrey.ac.uk/Societies/backgammon/gui.html)

http://www.cybercom.net/~damish/backgammon....html#gui_xfibs (http://www.cybercom.net/~damish/backgammon/bg-faq.html#gui_xfibs)

There's even another interface called xibc:
http://www.cybercom.net/~damish/backgammon...q.html#gui_xibc (http://www.cybercom.net/~damish/backgammon/bg-faq.html#gui_xibc)

And then is it worth including mention of Tinyfugue on the site as well?

Please take the following with a grain of salt:

A friend of mine who showed me fibs was a user of tinifugue and xfibs. According to him both interfaces are old and not longer maintained, so I don't know if they are really usable or "compilable".
