Which edition of Magriel's book should I buy?

Hi.
So I'm going to buy Magriel's book, but I don't know which edition I should buy... the 1985 edition or the 2004 edition?
I've read that the only difference is just that the 2004 edition has a small foreword...
So which one is better?
