First 3 is forced, the next one hits gile's off his 5point, then the 3rd 3 hits giles off our 3point. We're left with 1 more 3 and its best 2 use it to bring a checker down from the midpoint since that is the point that has the most of our checkers piled onto, it also makes it easier to make our 7 and 4 points which are the next 2 points we should  be focused on making. The vote is very split here, which is not unusual for doubles like this, where one or two are obvious, then you have some more to play 

Krazula has offered an explanation which is remarkably similar to my thoughts, so, if there are no more thoughts posted, I will go with that choice.
