Finally got paid after endless delays and non-stop begging on Customer Support and e-mails. Cost me $15 of my $150 cashout for a check. This does not include the value of three hours of my time pleasding. Not worth the hassle. It is like they are doing you a favor and it is painful for them to give you what you earned and is rightfully yours.

Never again!
