When my car misbehaves, I often open the bonnet looking for the problem...aware that unless the broken bit is flashing a notification sayings 'its me, its me', I will have no real clue what to look for.
However, I bet even I could diagnose the problem in this case 

So, you're late for an appointment - how do you persuade a creature that big to hoppit so you can be on your way
