Quick check of the score... 1 away, 5 away means I'm not bothered about being gammoned. Still, exposing too many shots doesn't do a lot for my overall winning chances either. Slotting 5 or the bar (in any way) looks too vulnerable to attack, and a man deep in my board is completely wasted. So I'm looking at 24/18 as the only way to play the 6... and given that, I think it's a close call between making a useful point but stripping my mid, or simply carrying on. I think having the extra point, plus keeping my back men in contact for all the return shots that might appear, swings it. 24/18 13/11.
