I've notice these two new bots on fibs.
What are they, what do they do and how do we use them?
And can someone direct me to a site that has a good explanation of chouette? Or post something here giving a good in depth explanation of choutte.

Really pleased to see that burper is working on ChouetteBot again!
He wrote an extensive webpage that I stuck up last summer:
http://homepage.mac.com/alefrosenbaum/fibs/chouettebot/ (http://homepage.mac.com/alefrosenbaum/fibs/chouettebot/)
In it you'll find out all about the project and there are links to chouette rules. But it is rather confusing to learn by reading the rules, better just to watch a team of people playing in a chouette and then you pick up what's going on. It's my favourite form of backgammon :)
I added webspace on this server for chouettebot.
You can find it on www.fibsboard.com/chouettebot (http://www.fibsboard.com/chouettebot).
Quotehttp://www.fibsboard.com/chouettebot is the new web space for it. Thanks to alef for his contributions to it in the past, and please feel free to continue mirroring the content or maintaining the "old" (I expect to be changing it soon) content.
I've put a refresh forwarding on the old page to the new one.
What's the new logo? It looks to me like a vase with an owl painted on it. Was my logo for ChouetteBot too corny with the "box" and "captain" bots?

Actually i liked the old one better too Alef.
