I enjoy JokeBot and QuoteBot, a lot of the time, but I don't like being forced to listen to them.  If they were constantly logged in, I could use FIBS' commands to ignore them when I want to.  Instead, these bots login, shout, and leave, rendering FIBS preferences useless.

I would like to be able to gag JokeBot and QuoteBot once/session, if I want.

Until FIBS supports features such as JavaFIBS' "permagag", for ALL users, I think bots should be prevented from logging in, bombing FIBS, logging out...  I think they should stick around so that a simple "gag" will work, at least for one session.  Bots who can't handle this should not be allowed.
