let's hang a few on this thread, for now, and test out webby's way cool new tool .. here's a first, of hopefully many in no particular order, from an Austin City Limits show .. it seems appropriate for me in FIBSland, i know it is IRL .. the sound is a little out of sync on this one .. so, don't follow his lips, just read the lyrics below

the code is as simple as this for embedding - just copy the URL at YouTube or wherever, use the hyperlink tool, insert an =, and paste .. the result should look like this:

ol' Waylon's good, but ol' Waylon's gone .. here is a nice sample of simply the most dynamic and versatile entertainers and songwriters i know, Carolyn Wonderland, the current reigning diva of the Austin music scene but home grown in Houston and internationally known, as you'll soon see .. she will be featured this weekend on Austin City Limits and it will be a must see .. she hasn't broken into the big time yet, but she is as eclectic and compelling as Janis Joplin and a d*mned good guitar player to boot .. on top of all that she's a redhead and just a little on the trashy side

is this possible for other video links too? .. for example, i frequently see code for embedding animated or video links on web pages or forums provided .. so, is this just true for YouTube videos or any video link?
