Dear Diane:

I've tried leaving you a private message here on FIBSboard, just as I've tried to leave you a message on FIBS.  You ignored them.  In fact, you bragged while flaming me, that the only way I could communicate with you was to make a post here.  A simple private message wasn't enough.

You accuse me of "hounding" you, but I ignore most of your shouts, most of what you have to say.  One time in the last month I have bothered to respond to you, but with a question, not an insult.

So I now ask you, if you choose to flame me on FIBS, then make it a conversation and not a sermon.  I repeat what I said in my FIBS messages and in my FIBSboard mail, that I don't really want to talk to you, and you are the "stalker" in this case.  I don't want to quote you, or put anything in context.  I simply want to ignore you, but you make it difficult.

Let me say this in public, and once and for all, diane, so perhaps your friends will explain it to you if you can't figure it out:  I am not interested in your flames; If you continue to flame me on FIBS I will pay attention, which I'm not right now; I'd rather you just leave me alone -- your silly one-way flames are not worth bothering with.

As I type this, you are playing some ego-game on FIBS.  I ask that you stop.  It's not worth my time, it's moderately annoying, but I really don't want to pursue it.

I've been asked to include some of the shouts that prompted this thread.  If you read along, you can see where I asked diane, had someone ask diane, sent diane a private message here on FIBS board, and started this thread.  Here's the quotes from FIBS:

So I repeat here what I have tried to say privately, diane, using messages on FIBS, and private messages here.  Please leave me alone unless you are willing to have a conversation.  The previous quoted session is simply one example of you starting a one-sided rant.  I usually ignore you, I am willing to discuss anything, but I think it is necessary to point out at least once, your obsession and your truculence.

The truly laughable part of this is that Don and Diane deserve each other; Ted Bundy meets Elaine Wuornos.
