refresh command on the player list was not clearing out old users who had logged out. This is fixed.

Fixed a minor cube bug when switching from 1 ptr match to money play. Added a cube disable option under gnubg preferences. Disabled taking wavs in shouts when the shout sound preferences is off.

Added some commands to the \"refresh\" context player list menu to help show all the player names at login. To use this fix, right click the player list and select \"refresh\" to get the full list of players at login.

Added sound effects for kibitz and shouts. To use this feature, add wav files
to your 3dfibs wavs folder and select the sounds from the new sounds menu. This will cause a \"wavfilename.wav\" to be sent as a kibitz to your opponent. If they have the wav file on their machine and they are using 3dfibs, they will hear that sound. I have uploaded some sample wavs under \"new sounds\" topic. If this feature becomes popular and maybe adopted also by other clients like javafibs and macfibs, it could make for some interesting shouts kibitzing.

I have not tested this feature much. If there are bugs or suggestions, please let me know.
