FIBS registration down?

Anyone know if the fibs registration is down? I've been trying to register a new user since last night and it's just hanging saying "Trying to register. Please wait". This is either via a client or ~cthulhu

Try from DOS shell

telnet fibs.com 4321

when it says login:
enter guest
and follow directions
