:giveflower: Tonight I got a valuable reminder about why I am here, still playing on FIBS. Although I knewed by now that I shall never act guided by my first impulse, it happened that my opponent had connection and/or software problems. I admit now, that if she have had been a newbie, I would have compained to Repbot asap. I didn`t do it, because I was thhinkinking a bit more about it. As I go back in time, I appologise again, now,  to people I complained about, the sole guilt that they have had was that they had tech. problems. Every player that had saved games with me accepted  or invited me to resume. Getting back on the track, Feklhr offered me a 6 pts resignation, after 6 times we resumed our match, as a bonus to my patience and politeness. I accepted only the next resignation, with 2 pts. , that I was about to win anyway.
This would be a better place if we all do likewise - being patient and polite to each other. I also like to chat, flirt and tell funny  jokes (I hope that I do!) and to use the built in *.wav files in 3dfibs. But with measure!
It is better to measure ten times before cutting once and for all !
PS: As a final comment: People that know you for some time will play with you again, despite your reputation, rating or number of saved games.

Many thx to all my friends from FIBS, for being as I`m trying to be.

Adrian - or aslengyel on FIBS.

I recently had a great match against gogogiz. After some excellent and challenging games, we were at double match point. Then he had some particularly lucky rolls and closed me out, looking certain to win. To my surprise he then intentionally gave me a shot in the bear off to "keep the game fun". Sure enough I hit and slowly built up my board and kept the man back. When I'd then taken off about as many as he had I then intentionally left a shot and he then hit it and went on to win. It was fun!

He didnt do that for me :(

But maybe next time....

And yes - of course this is the way to be - so many times people are just having connection difficulties - and i know about that!!  Irritating as it may be - it is the downside of playing online - and should be accepted and allowed for!
Never give up on the things that make you smile

:giveflower: I will do that for you diane!

Hmmm, I`m getting too close here ;)  . Now i`ll :jump: to one of socksey`s request about improving 3dfibs: storing the profiles of friends, so you can remember much easyer about them. (I will remind this request to tucsonAZ again, soon)
