Just an observation ...

Lately I've been noticing a lot of usernames that contain the word "ASS".
And I enjoy playing bots.
I had a friend search for FIBS names that included the words "ASS" and "bot".
Here's the outcome:

ASS = 166

bot = 129

So as I have suspected for so long ... there are more ASSes on FIBS than there are bots!

:puke:

Can someone translate that to English for me, Is it past, present, future, Present perfect continuous, Past perfect continuous... :dontknow: :dontknow:  Shall I create a poll?  :wacko:

"I`ve been doing this for a long time" : fibsboard counter says that my total time logged in is 5 days, 12 hours and 30 minutes. (In my mind, I feel I wrote this one it right, I will ask my son tho, if the grammar is correct)

I vote for past conditional pluperfect subjunctive.  Or I would have, if you had created a poll.

I thought your first language was English, diane, but perhaps I am mistaken!   :laugh:  I would translate my statement as in the present perfect tense, as if it matters, really.   :glare:

You must love me a lot to keep demanding my attention like this.   :giveflower:  Or  :no: !

My first language is English English, I guess - not American English  ;)

The more usual construction there - and easier on the ear would be..'I have known'...but I can make allowances for the Americans  ;)

You should try to do something about that stutter, though.

"I've been knowing this a long time" doesn't just mean "I've known this for a long time", but also hints at being aware of knowing it for all this time.

Which must be pretty exhausting  :laugh:

There are not too many people who can run such a query. May I ask who your friend is?
