The main thing is to avoid anti-jokers, so play the 6 off the 22 to avoid the heartache of 55 ( or 22 after 22/19 15/9) .

I like 15/12 to stay even-ended, but doubt that the current Herd favorite of 22/13 is different by enough to matter, so I'll go along with that.
