Is gogogiz fit to be a TD ?

Here is dianes post with a conversation with gogogiz .....

My question is only this , if diane would of said yes, would gogogiz go thru with it and have another TD play his matches?

I guess in some circles here this is ok, but if zyx or snow or NIHL or Vic  opens their mouth everyone is on them like flies on sh** pile . But gogogiz goes on as if nothing has happend.
