TourneyBot is ready...

Can anyone shed any light on why TourneyBot keeps appearing on the ready list??  Sometimes it is fleeting - and the other day it was there for ages!  

Is it branching out, bored of sitting there between tourneys? What??

It toggles its status on and quickly off again every n minutes (can't remember the exact time) to get around the who list bug.

I've never seen it keep the ready status on myself, but I guess it could happen in the case of extreme lag where the command to toggle the status back off doesn't get through.
