Reminder to bot owners

All bots must use the "address" command to identify themselves as bots, and to provide a working contact email address for the owner of the bot.  Any bot that doesn't have this contact information runs the risk of being unceremoniously tossed.  Do "whois MonteCarlo" to see an excellent example of this.
