Abusive behaviour during the 5th roundUnfortunately, we witnessed abusive behaviour from ZWAAISTAARTMEESTER during the last night's MGC tourney. Here I first provide the related documnets and then will probe the issue. Any suggestion and proposal would be greatly appreciated, but please send them via 'private message', either in this forum or in FIBS.
1- Rude comments during the matchAs can be seen in the tourney page in NACCI website, ZWAAISTAARTMEESTER had been paired with stog in the 1/8 final round:

As can be seen, ZWAAISTAARTMEESTER was whining about the dice all the time which is enough bad, but rude comments targetting his opponent personally is definitely inexcusable. I have marked these with red.

Nonetheless,I would like to provide a position in which stog (red) got a very lucky roll that actually changed the fate of the match:
I admit this is a lucky roll, but should I remind the very unlucky roll for stog in 17th move of the same game which forced him to leave 2 blots during the bear-off ( Position ID: 3dkAhDC+DQAAAA, Match ID: cIluACAAEAAA) ? Or should I remind the very next roll for ZWAAISTAARTMEESTER which enabled him to hit both checkers? (Position ID: vgIAAN3ZAIQwAA, Match ID : MAFlACAAEAAA)
Luck does play a roll in BG, and everyone get a same share of it in the long run.
2- Delaying moves on purpose:After that lucky roll from stog which left no hope for recovering, ZWAAISTAARTMEESTER began yet another abusive behaviour: 'delaying moves on purpose', apparantly in a heinous try to revenge. The unfair and deliberate delay was observed by both juanz and blotsalot.
3- Rude shoutsAfter much delay, ZWAAISTAARTMEESTER resigned, but immediately afterwards began sending rude shouts. In one case, he called MGC a 'RIGGED dice tourney' and went on by being rude against DeaDice, who is the co-TD of MGC:

VerdictSo far it has become obvious that ZWAAISTAARTMEESTER :
- Complained about dice in an infair manner
- Called his opponent a '####ing lucky guy' and also told him that he doesn't 'deserve a ####ing win'
- Called MGC a 'rigged dice tourney'
- Insulted a co-TD of MGC
Well, if ZWAAISTAARTMEESTER really thinks that our tourney has rigged dice, he simply can avoid playing in it from now on. But insulting players and moderators is really intolerable. Because this was the first instance of abusive behaviour, ZWAAISTAARTMEESTER is not banned from taking part in the next rounds, but I really hope that he will not repeat this unfair behaviour anymore, as he promised. I would like to run MGC even with 4 players but with no abuse than with 16 players with this degree of unfair behaviour.
PS: As many may know, me and ZWAAISTAARTMEESTER were enemies until quite recently when we become friends and actually yesterday we withdrew our mutual complaints. Thus, this is really not a case that I might take revenge of him.
ZWAAISTAARTMEESTER also chatted with me after the match and confessed that his behaviour was not true and that he gets upset too quickly. This takes a strong personality and I really hope he will act accordingly which he and his opponents deserve.
