I'm unreasonably pleased... This was delivered to me from Vitor Hollanda in Brasil yesterday.
A few very minor flaws (I inspected it like a new car) but I love it and will cherish it for many years to come.
I searched for a very long time for my board.
1.75" bakelite checkers from fleabay
1.5" cubes
fully balanced dice
and Vitor's wonderful work on the board.
I have finally solved my cheap backgammon board purchasing illness.
(at least until I make a second table top board (still thinking about joinery)
