Since it is mrs stog and not just some random stranger, I would be happy to invite her to a private, elitist  online scrabble club, where the standard is often quite high and absolutely no unpleasantness is tolerated.  pm an email address if she is interested.  That is a slower pace - the moves are played when you have chance to, so a game will last a few days, but it gives you longer to think about your play - and consequently improves your game.
