This page explains the usage of TourneyBot with JavaFIBS 2001 on FIBS.
When a new tourney opens for registration, you see something like the following message in the Shouts window (bottom-right part of the screen):
Sending a command to TourneyBot is just like sending a tell to a FIBS player.

The most convenient way is to chat with TourneyBot. You can open a chat window to TourneyBot, as demonstrated below. (The best way is to add TourneyBot to your Friends List.)
Entering TourneyBot commands is very easy with the help of the Chat window.
