I recently upgraded to 4.0.67.  Every time I connect to the FIBS server, I now get a dialog box that pops up saying "Adjusting Dropper Count".  Is this normal?  It takes a while...maybe 20-30 seconds...for this to run its course.  Is this supposed to be doing this every time I connect?
