i have been trying to createa login for my wife, go through the process , connect and get to the stage of playing a game with her new identity and when the game starts theres nothing on the board , and even though i can chat to opponent no game begins, how the hell can i overcome this?

Unfortunately this bug somtimes surfaces with new accounts. The manual fix for it is covered in detail at

If there are still problems after this, we can look further into it.
