In Java fibs it is possible to completely gag a person (also messages and shouts are hidden from the user). This could be handy.
Is it hard to implement Tucson?

update 2.2.304 has a gag feature. Use the edit gaglist menu under options to add the names you want filtered out from shouts kibitzes chats messages and invites.
Click on refresh gaglist menu under options to enable new names added while logged on.
