Option 5: 23/20-6/3(3)

Red is leading the race (and the match) and white has solid high anchor so simple run for home is my choice. 23/20 13/10 (2) 6/3. 13/10(4) and 13/7(2) looks interesting also but leaving checkers behind and uncovered is propably too risky.

You got it right.
Spoiler
Multiple options are available for red. Considering the small lead in race and score, there should be no debate about the correctness of anchoring on White's 5-pt. So 23/20 is clear. But what about the other 3s? Here red must follow a balanced strategy. Thus the best play is 23/20-13/10(2)-6/3:
1. Cubeful 2-ply 23/20 13/10(2) 6/3 Eq.: +0.358
60.7% 9.0% 0.2% - 39.3% 5.4% 0.1%
2. Cubeful 2-ply 23/20 13/7 6/3 Eq.: +0.332 ( -0.026)
59.9% 8.5% 0.1% - 40.1% 5.0% 0.1%
3. Cubeful 2-ply 23/20 13/4 Eq.: +0.326 ( -0.032)
59.6% 8.5% 0.1% - 40.4% 5.0% 0.1%
4. Cubeful 2-ply 23/20 7/4(2) 6/3 Eq.: +0.297 ( -0.061)
58.7% 9.0% 0.1% - 41.3% 5.7% 0.1%
5. Cubeful 2-ply 23/20 7/4 6/3(2) Eq.: +0.279 ( -0.079)
57.6% 10.5% 0.2% - 42.4% 5.8% 0.1%
With this move, red improves his position in all directions:
i) he makes the best anchor (5-pt)
ii) he make another point in front of white's anchor
iii) he slots on 3-pt for future developmens
