Red is in a good shape, having trapped a white's checker behind a 4-pt prime and having 2 anchors in white's board. But does that justify a double now? Yes, because white's chance for escaping is limitted and on the other hand there's a decent chance that white may leave some other shots soon. Thus red might well lose his market by delaying.

Cube analysis

2-ply cubeless equity  +0.292 (Money:  +0.303)

   67.3%  14.2%   0.2% -  32.7%  17.7%   0.9%

Cubeful equities:

1. Double, take         +0.690
2. Double, pass         +1.000  ( +0.310)
3. No double            +0.666  ( -0.024)

Proper cube action: Redouble, take

PS: I did a mini-rollout and to my astonishment, not doubling become a more serious mistake .06
